Dawn Hoover joined Cherry Street Partners in 2005 to manage the firm’s Compliance division. A native of the Midwest, Dawn graduated from Manchester College with dual degrees in Mass Communications and Broadcast Media. With minors in Sports Marketing, it was an unconventional path that led her to a career in personal finance.
